Customer Service Issue

I called Settle Fence Co. on March 10th 2008, at approx. 11 am, to request a chain link fence repair. I left a message with what appeared to be a call service. Subsequently,I did not receive a reply to my message to return my call. Another fence Co. promply responded to my need for a fence repair.
